Terms of service

1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use littleflowerherbs.com or buy from Little Flower Herbs ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Health information
Product descriptions describe how herbs have traditionally been used. They are not medical advice. Our statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Check with your own healthcare provider before using herbal products, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medications, have a medical condition, or are buying for a child or a pet. Buying from this shop does not create a practitioner–patient relationship.

3. Products and prices
We try to describe products and prices accurately. Labels can change, so please read the label that comes with your product. If we list something at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you. We may limit quantities or decline orders, including orders we believe are for resale.

4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship it. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers.

5. Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

6. Practitioners and wholesale
We sell at retail only. Practitioner and wholesale accounts are through Potionista.

7. Site content
The text, photos, and the Little Flower Herbs name and poppy logo belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Oregon law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon.

10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
